Which ToughLove size should I choose?
ToughLove currently offers Small (7-stick pack), Medium (5-stick pack), and Large (4-stick pack) formats. Choose a piece appropriate for your dog and large enough that it cannot be swallowed whole. The product pages let you switch directly between all three sizes.
How should I introduce a hard cheese chew?
Start with a supervised chew session, keep fresh water available, and watch how your dog handles the chew. Every dog chews differently, so supervision matters even when you already know the product.
What should I do when the chew becomes small?
Remove the chew when it becomes small enough to swallow. Do not leave a small remaining piece with an unsupervised dog.
How long will one chew last?
There is no honest single answer. Chew time varies with the dog’s size, chewing style, and the individual piece, so we do not promise a fixed number of hours or days.
What if my dog is breaking off pieces?
Stop the session if your dog is breaking off pieces you are not comfortable with or trying to swallow them. Reassess the size and whether this type of hard chew is appropriate for your dog.
Are hard cheese chews right for every dog?
No hard chew is right for every dog. If your dog has dental concerns, special dietary needs, is very young or older, or you are otherwise unsure, ask your veterinarian before offering a hard chew.

ToughLove lists yak and cow milk, salt and lime juice as the ingredients. Always check the current package label for the exact ingredient statement for the product in your hand.
Where are ToughLove chews made?
Our Himalayan cheese chews are made in Nepal.

Use the current package label for exact verified nutrition or guaranteed-analysis values. We do not publish numeric values on the website unless they are verified in current product data.
What if the website and my package say different things?

Reviews, orders & retailers
Are the reviews on the site real?
Yes. ToughLove uses Judge.me for customer review content and does not use invented testimonial cards. If a product has zero reviews, the site shows an honest empty state.
How do I get help with an order?
Use the Contact page or email support@toughlovedog.com. Include your order number when available so the team can locate the order faster.
I own a pet store. How do I ask about carrying ToughLove?
Go to the Contact page and choose Retailer / wholesale. The form includes fields for your business name, website or social profile, and retail location so your inquiry reaches us with the context we need.
